I have been eyeing the shade Ayesha from Kat Von D’s liquid lipstick line ($20.00). The color (described as a rich lavender) is so unlike anything I would have ever thought of wearing, but the more I looked at it, the more I wondered if I could pull it off… Sooo I went to Sephora to test it out. What do you think?

A part of me feels like the gray undertones wash me out. The other part surprisingly likes it; it’s bold, new, and unlike anything I have in my makeup collection. Makes me feel like I’m way too cool for nonsense lol. I thought it might be similar to L.U.V., but it’s definitely not.
Ayesha applies pretty opaque; I only needed one layer, and lasts the whole day through eating and drinking, much like all of Kat Von D’s other liquid lipstick shades. It’s easily removed with makeup remover; I use Lancome Bifacil.

Other colors I’m considering:
Top to bottom: Lolita (I think that’s a no), Ayesha (currently wearing), Lovesick (I think it’ll wash me out) and Beloved (has some potential!)
Yay or Nay on Ayesha?

You definitely look too cool for everything! Now I wonder if I could pull off this shade too.. I'm too scared to try pale or grayish shade.
