Today, I have a post on my terrible eye bags!
I’ve come to the conclusion that in order to get rid of my eye bags, I need to go get fillers. Fillers are expensive (about $1500 per syringe per my research), so in the mean time I was sooooo excited to try out Dynamic Sonic’s Instant Eye Lift! It’s supposed to temporarily lift and smooth out wrinkles.
At first glance, I thought the product was quite gimmicky, with its syringe-like packaging. But then I came to appreciate that it’s a great way to limit the amount of product coming out of the syringe, because you don’t need a lot. It is quite unique and actually does what it says it is supposed to do; that is lift, lift, lift!
Application is pretty easy: remove the cover and the white cap and squeeze a pea-sized amount of the gel-cream hybrid onto your finger. Pat (not rub) on the desired area and keep an expressionless face until it dries. You can feel the tightening of the skin as it’s drying. I used a postcard to fan my face and speed up the process.
Made with Veegum, an ingredient known for its tightening and finning (firming?) properties, as well as nourishing minerals, Instant Eyelift is the ideal product for reviving old, tired skin, whether it’s underneath your makeup as a base or used alone.
Benefits:
- Reduces wrinkles and fine lines
- Extremely tightens and firms while you feel it working
- Aesthetically enhances complexion
- Instant results
It took about 5 minutes to become completely dry so that I was able to run my fingers across the area without disturbing the dried down gel. The first time I used this, I didn’t follow directions and I rubbed it on, resulting in white residue and it not working! Then I realized you need to pat it on, so pat it on and don’t rub it in!
I wanted to find out if I could use makeup over the Instant Eye Lift, and to my surprise, you can! I applied Becca Ultimate Concealing Cream in Chestnut over my eye area and topped it with Ben Nye Banana Powder. The result…

I am very pleased with this product. It’s a good alternative for people that can’t quite muster up the courage to go get those fillers. Yes, it’s temporary, but when you think about it, there are so many eye products that claim to decrease the appearance of fine lines that don’t actually work at all — believe me, I’ve tried! This works instantly. I love that the brand makes a claim, and it’s actually true. This definitely lifts and smooths out lines around the eyes. A+ for effort! Also, it lasts throughout the entire work day on me.
Now with all that said, the Dynamic Sonic Instant Eye Lift isn’t cheap; it’s $395.00 for 15 ml /0.5 oz. If you are on the fence about fillers or plastic surgery on your face, this might be a good option to see how you look with your problem areas smoothed out. I, myself, have a hard time wanting to dish out almost $400 for this syringe, but I can’t help but think (and accept) that I have wasted much more than that over the years buying products that don’t work.
To sweeten the pot, Dynamic Innovation Labs is so confident in their product, they want to send you a free sample (+$5.95 shipping). That way, you can see for yourself whether or not it’s worth it. Get your sample here.
