So I just wanted to post a quick review on the BITE Beauty Luminous Crème Lipstick Duo in Violet/Palomino. I recently posted a review on the tangerine/ligonberry lipstick duo and compared it to the violet/palomino, and realized I hadn’t even posted the dang review! So here it goes!
The best thing about this lipstick is that it’s moisturizing and the price is right ($12)! I purchased this from Sephora a while back– not sure if it is still available.
There are two things I don’t like about this particular combo. The first is the feathering. You definitely need lip liner when you wear this, especially with palomino. I didn’t have that problem with tangerine/ligonberry at all, mainly because I use it as a gradient tint.
I applied violet as a full on lipstick and used palomino as a tint in the photos.

It’s not very long lasting. It lasted me a good three hours before I had to reapply from drinking coffee. Palomino leaves a stain behind. This overall was a good buy because of the price and pigmentation. I’m a fan of these tiny lipsticks. Some may complain you don’t get a lot of product (0.05 oz) but who runs out of lipsticks? And for two colors, the price is still less than half of their full sized lipsticks for the most part.
