Ingredients

How I use it
I use these bad boys equally as an eyeshadow and a highlighter. I even use them as a lip topper. The powder in Trophy Wife is sparkly af… almost glittery so a little bit goes a long way. I need to perfect what kind of brush to use with it because it is easy to pick up too much.
I have had the most luck using a medium-sized fluffy brush with both highlighters; it’s actually the brush I use to apply my brow highlight with. I think a brush that targets a specific area is best, so not to big and definitely not too small.
What I like about it
I don’t have any gold highlighters; this highlighter reminds me of the Gold Pat McGrath Kit, which I really wanted after trying the Copper edit. I’m no Priscilla Ono but anybody can get this highlighter to work. In short, I like that this highlighter can be for all skin tones. You know what else? I like that it didn’t cost an arm and a leg. I really appreciated that Rihanna kept the prices in the mid-luxury range. This is a good-quality product and worth the $34.00. And guess what else? It lasts all freakin’ day. I wore these on my lids with nothing else. There was no creasing with the Mean Money duo (with primer) and minimal creasing with Trophy Wife (no primer) – I don’t even want to call it creasing because with all the bling, you can barely even tell. It did not interfere with my foundation at all and also lasts just as long on my cheeks.
What could be better
There is fallout with Trophy Wife. When I am using it as a cheek highlighter, that’s not a problem, but as an eyeshadow, I do feel like there is fallout. However, not something that is problematic for me, since whenever I am using it on my eyes, I am definitely using it on my cheeks!
