Here’s a soft, feminine look I put together while experimenting with Laura Geller’s Baked Blush in Malibu. I picked the blush up a while back on Hautelook when Laura Geller products were featured for what amounted to chump change, and the investment is most certainly paying off.
Here’s a breakdown of the look:
Lorac Light Source Primer Dawn
Armani Beauty Maestro Fusion Foundation*
Make Up For Ever Full Cover Concealer*
Mally Beauty Shadow Stick Mahogany*
BH Cosmetics x Its My Raye Raye Eyeshadows Angel, Fairy Tale*
ColourPop KaePop Highlighter
Bite Beauty Liquified Lipstick Chutney

I was really impressed by the blush and it’s becoming a competitor for the Sephora Baked Blush Duo I had been using as my go-to pink blush. Both of these blushes are unavailable for purchase at the moment, but Laura Geller is regularly featured on Hautelook. From my experience with the brand’s products, keeping an eye out for the sales are a must!
The blush is highly pigmented, spreads evenly, and lasts on me through the day through oil breakouts. Skipping eyeliner and focusing on my lashes was another key part of this look. The Mally Beauty shadow is applied on both my entire upper lid and my lower lash line. I used the two shades from the It’s My Raye Raye Palette to create a monochromatic look, with the sheen bringing attention to my deer-in-headlights eyes 🦌.
I went for a more natural brow and did not bother using concealer for cleanup, brushing the hairs up for a fuller look, even though I have very sparse brows. I used Bite Beauty’s Chutney to bring the look together.
I love creating looks like this! Sometimes when I intend to do lighter or more natural makeup, it does not turn out that way lol. But this one, I’m quite proud of.
